Why should we give up smoking?
The smoke of tobacco products contains more than 4.000 chemicals , several of them are carcinogen. Nicotine forms dependency , as strong as heroine or cocaine.
It is one of the most toxic alkaloids, its fatal dose is 20-60 mg. From a single cigarette - depending on kind - 1-4 mg nicotine gets into the human body.

70 % of smokers all around the world would like to give up smoking but only about 30% of them attempts it indeed and only 3% can manage it with just the power of will . This result is not surprising, since smokers are bound in a neurophysical dependency, moreover sudden giving up causes frequent and uncomfortable withdrawal symptoms.
Power of will alone is not enough because smokers know it is bad for their health still they do smoke. What else is needed?
Liquid intake is very important, first of all fresh water. The cells can take excreta and toxic decomposed substances with the help of water, diluted in water to the excretion spots. Mineral waters already contain diluted mineral substances, they can be considered a kind of saturated dilutions, they cannot take much decomposed substances unlimited. Therefore it is better to consume mineral water free from carbon-dioxide, further, consumption of clean water (preferably not tap water but boiled then cooled water, Pi-water or water cleaned with distiller) is essential in a quantity of 2-3 liters per day, sip by sip.
